About Us

Our mission is simple … “shaping hearts through the arts!”

Lifesong is a studio of the arts! We teach dance, music, art and theatre. Our mission is “shaping hearts through the arts!” and our steadfast goal for over 10 years has been to offer quality instruction in an atmosphere of excellence. We believe everyone has a “lifesong” and we are privileged to be a part of the journey of young artists, encouraging and nurturing them, teaching them skills and giving them the tools to grow and develop their God-given talents as they learn to express themselves through the arts and develop their “lifesong!” We are humbled and grateful to do what we do!

Since opening our doors in August of 2006, Lifesong Studio has welcomed hundreds of families. From ballet to hip hop, violin to drums, creative art work and musical theatre, we are committed to excellence in every way. What began as a dream to bring the arts together in a place of quality, both in atmosphere and instruction, is now a wonderful reality. We are committed to providing a positive, encouraging and family friendly atmosphere where the arts ~ Dance, Music, Art & Theatre ~ are taught and experienced with the finest quality and utmost integrity. Regardless of age or experience, Lifesong is a place for everyone and we want everyone’s experience here to be the best it can be. We are excited about the many opportunities and activities available through Lifesong Studio and LifeStage Theatre. We encourage you to visit our website often for current news, schedules and other important information.

A note from the Director …

I love this place and the beautiful community of people here. Lifesong is a family and I am so grateful to be a part of it! I get to work with an amazing team of artists and professionals who believe in Lifesong’s mission of “shaping hearts through the arts” and in making a positive difference in the lives of our students and our community.

My hope is that our students will become amazing dancers, musicians, artists, and actors, but even more importantly, I hope they become amazing people.

As a way of “shaping hearts through the arts,” we highlight specific words each month and try to incorporate them into who we are as people and who we are as artists. Respect, commitment, grace, love and kindness are just a few of the words that are painted on the walls of our studios and on our hearts as well. Art in any form is an expression of the heart and my belief is that if your heart is full of good things, your art (and life) will be too!

If you’re not yet a part of our family, I invite you to experience the Lifesong difference and I look forward to meeting you!
