Studio & Office Hours
The studio will be open for all scheduled classes and lessons. The front desk will be open Monday through Thursday 2-10pm, Friday 4-6pm and Saturday morning 10am-12pm.
Season 3 Studio Holidays
Lifesong Studio will observe the following holidays: September 1 (Labor Day), November 24-29 (Thanksgiving), December 22-January 2 (Christmas), March 16-21 (Spring Break), May 25 (Memorial Day).
Tuition & Payment Policy
A $30 family registration fee is charged per season, per family and must accompany the registration form.
All tuition is due on the first week of each month. A $15 late fee will be added to all accounts paid after the 10th day of the month. Full tuition is due each month regardless of the number of classes or lessons. Tuition is not pro-rated for absences or holidays with the exception of August, which is half tuition. When making payments, PLEASE include student’s name and how the money should be applied to your account on the memo section of your check (example: “Susie Jones, August tuition” or “Susie Jones, costume fee”). Payments may be mailed or dropped off at the front desk.
Additional fees such as recital fees, costumes, art supplies, etc. are due at various times throughout the year. Please check the studio calendar for a schedule of payments due.
A $30 service charge will be added to the account for returned checks. Cash, Checks, Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all payments.
No refunds.
Withdrawal Policy
Enrollment in classes or lessons at Lifesong is through the end of the current season. The front desk must be notified of withdrawal from any class or lesson prior to the beginning of the month in order to stop tuition for the next month. All withdrawals are written in our “Add/Drop” book at the time of notification. Failure to properly notify the front desk will result in tuition continuing to be charged to your account. By enrolling in a class or private lesson, you have reserved a spot that could be released for someone else. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of this policy.
Studio Rules & Guidelines
Please help maintain the quality and integrity of our atmosphere by:
- Dressing appropriately while in the studio.
- Being respectful and courteous to everyone including staff and other students.
- Keeping the noise level down in the student lounge and hallways while classes or lessons are in progress.
- Keeping food and drink in the student lounge area only. Water bottles only in the studios.
- Cleaning up after your self both in the studios as well as the student lounge.
- Silencing cell phones and pagers during classes or lessons.
- Supervising young children.
Studio Contract & Release (we must have a signed copy with each family registration per season)
In consideration of Lifesong’s commitment to maintain a safe facility, I release and hold harmless Lifesong Studio LP, its employees, administrators and contractors from any and all liability, whether for personal injury, property damage, or otherwise by my family’s participation in activities in the Lifesong Studio facility. I also release permission for photographs to be used in Lifesong promotional materials including, but not limited to: website, brochures, posters, advertisements, and programs. I have read the above information and agree to abide by the policies as stated.
LIfesong Studio Privacy Policy
Lifesong Studio is highly sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believes that the protection of those interests is one of our most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of our obligations, Lifesong Studio has adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers that it acquires in the course of our business:
- Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
- Our Employees and Privacy. We train all of our employees about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
- Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service.
- Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority, we have the express permission of the consumer, or it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services.
- Privacy and Our Business Partners. When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds.
